Our journey began on the 19th of February in 1992 when we were officially incorporated, receiving Certificate No 077. Subsequently, we were granted an operating license with the registration No RC 167444 in January 2002. It marked a significant milestone in our pursuit of financial inclusion and sustainable growth. On the 1st of January 2008, we underwent a pivotal transformation, aligning with the directive of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) that mandated all Community banks to convert to Microfinance banks. This transition positioned us to serve our customers more effectively and efficiently, enabling us to extend our reach and impact.
